Terms of service

1. Agreement

By using Finmaro you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using Finmaro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Finmaro to violate any law, infringe rights, or circumvent our security. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the agent runtime or fine-tunes.

4. Your data

You own your data. You grant Finmaro a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service. We don't train base models on your data.

5. Service availability

We target 99.95% uptime on Growth+ plans with SLA credits. Scheduled maintenance announced 5 days in advance.

6. Fees

Fees are billed monthly or annually. Overages on usage-based metrics are invoiced at the end of each cycle.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Your data is exportable for 90 days after termination.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Finmaro's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing law

Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in San Francisco unless local law requires otherwise.
