What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), customer financial data (only what you connect), usage telemetry (page loads, latency, errors).
How we use it
To provide the service, secure it, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not use customer financial data to train base models.
Subprocessors
AWS (infrastructure), Anthropic (LLM), OpenAI (LLM fallback), Stripe (billing), Vanta (compliance). Full list with regions in our trust portal.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Email privacy@finmaro.com or use the in-app data controls.
Retention
Operational data retained for the lifetime of your account. Audit logs retained 7 years. Backups rotated every 30 days.
International transfers
EU + UK data may be processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. EU data residency available on Growth+.
Children
Finmaro isn't for users under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
